Teksleeve.com is a Toronto based company. We formed Teksleeve.com with the following simple principles in mind:

• We will only sell quality products. There are hundreds (or thousands) of places to buy a sleeve for your ipad, or a new skin for your mobile phone. They can be found quite inexpensively and come in all kinds of qualities. This makes it confusing and very difficult to know what to expect when your shipment finally shows up at your door. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we search out quality items to sell in our store. We believe you will never be disappointed in the quality or the value of the products you buy from us.

• We will provide the best possible customer service experience. You won't be left in the dark once you place your order. We will keep you updated on the status of your delivery and you can always cancel your order so long as it hasn't shipped yet. If you are unhappy with the service or the products you receive, we'll do our absolute best to make it right.

• We will always respect your privacy. If you don't want to hear about sales or promotions, you won't (but really, why wouldn't you?) 

• We will always offer highly competitive prices. We typically sell our products for 20% to 30% below what many online retailers sell for.

• We will make your experience simple. Shipping is included in our prices within Canada (unless it requires a helicopter or a dog sled to get it to you). Yes, we live in a big, beautiful country and there are a few places that require higher shipping fees. For those that live in remote areas we will do our best to keep shipping costs low and let you know what those costs will be.
